JVC – Speak Integrity

THE JOINT VENTURE CLUB

Speak Integrity regularly receives offers and deals that are almost impossible to find in the mainstream market. Such deals normally require us to buy large quantities of products at extremely cheap prices. Members of the Joint Venture Club (JVC) are then invited to pool together their individual funds to purchase such deals. The products bought are then shared amongst members based on how much they have invested.

AN EXAMPLE OF SUCH A DEAL

Recently we were offered some party helium inflatable balloons. They normally retail for about eight pounds each. They were offered to us for twenty nine pence each. A truly exceptional deal. The only condition was we had to buy sixty thousand of them. Too many for one person to buy although on some occasions we have purchased other bulk deals that were offered to us. If we acquired such a deal and sold them for one pound each that is over three hundred percent profit. Another example of a recent deal was for some high quality backpacks (rucksacks). The cheapest they were being sold for online was eighteen pounds. On amazon they were selling for twenty three pounds They were offered to us for two pounds each. Minimum purchase was four thousand of the rucksacks. See below for details of the deal. The profit potentials on such deals are truly impressive and the deals keep on coming.

HOW THE JVC WORKS

Details of the deals offered to us will be shared amongst members of the JVC.
Members will indicate the quantity or share of the product they want to buy. At times there will need to a minimum buy requirement.
Allocation and right to buy will be on a first come first serve basis.
Once all the funds have been gathered the goods will be purchased and distributed amongst members who have invested their funds.
Where possible we will assist members in selling some or all of their share of purchased goods although this cannot be guaranteed.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

Because the deals we are offered are very lucrative they do not hang around for long. At times they are snapped up by someone else within hours of the deals being offered to us. Remember the backpack deal mentioned above? The Speak Integrity marketing team called up the supplier the following day. Guess what? Yes, someone else had snatched the deal. Bearing this in mind members of the JVC will need to move fast to ensure that we do not miss out on deals that are of interest to us.

THE JOINT VENTURE CLUB IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR

Apart from purchasing goods, another potential area of investment for members of the JVC is in the real estate sector. It will surprise many of us to learn that you can still buy a two bedroom house in the UK for under forty thousand pounds. We receive such offers from our contacts regularly. See below for an example of a deal that was sent to us. Obviously the property will not be in the most lucrative part of the UK and due diligence must always be carried out. All the same, such properties carry some potentials and can be presented to members of the JVC for consideration. Some of the properties on sale already have long term tenants in them thereby increasing their investment potentials from day one.

JVC: OPTIONAL AND FLEXIBLE

Membership of the JVC is completely optional and members can leave when they desire. Furthermore members can choose which deals they want to invest in and the amount they want to invest. For some of the deals there will be a minimum investment requirement but we will always endeavour to allow for affordable amounts to ensure maximum participation amongst our members.
